Any non-profit organisation eligible for membership of London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) can join Ensemble Purchasing.

We are an especially good fit for smaller organisations with an annual non-pay spend below £20m, looking to establish a permanent part-time procurement function. If you are looking for short-term procurement project support, please consider LUPC’s consultancy services. New Members of Ensemble are required to sign up to the Articles of Association and the Members' Agreement.

Ensemble Purchasing procures goods and services for its Members by tendering individual contracts, as well as using national and regional framework agreements.

Larger value contracts will be advertised on our EU Supply portal at and the government’s Contracts Finder. Please register on these websites to stay informed of opportunities.
